2-Year Warranty

MASCOTS provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in our products and manufacturing.

 

Within the 2-year warranty period, the product can be sent back free of charge for reparation. If the defect is irreparable, the product can either be replaced or refunded. 

 

The Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication.

Should you need to return your defective jewelry to our factory, we recommend that you pack it carefully so as to avoid any damage and send it by registered mail to MASCOTS^®, P.Collection Co., Ltd. 120/33 M.3 Chiangmai-Sankampaeng Rd, T.Sanklang, A.Sankampaeng, Chiangmai, Thailand 50130. It is mandatory that you include your purchase receipt. Please also include your e-mail address so that we can contact you in the event of queries.
